Don't be surprised if it fills that gap and then settles back to hang around the 20 dollar range or a little lower for a few weeks. USA.net should bring it back to life in a few weeks. Look at their most recent sales too. This is a pretty big company. I learned about them on the crash last year. Had to write off some bad receivables because one of their clients went belly up on them and another followed shortly afterwards if I remember right. The stock took a beating but it was ahead of itself anyway. I love the Raymond Jones most recent downgrade. hehe. I guess he'll declare it a strong buy when it's at 25, huh?? Watch the value of HLTH. That is all-important. Might make a shorting opportunity also for a quick profit if it goes too far. 25?? (depending on HLTH)

USA.NET comes public June 1, read a release from Bloomberg late Today reporting PTEK owns 14% of the IPO. 8.5 mln shares at 15 to 17. PTEK got a lot of exposure Today which is just the beginning, Kernan covered it 3 times Today emphasizing how much it was benefiting from the merger. 5.26 mln shares x 100 ( HLTH price)divided by 46mln comes out to 11.30 added per share to PTEK for this deal alone. This one will move to possibly 25 by mid next week. Good luck to all here. I hope some of You shorted NMGC Today, Tomorrow will be ugly for that one.
