It is moving! Just a couple of words: As I read it, the lawsuit over the non-compete agreement has not yet been completely finalized. My impression is that there was no merit to the suit, but it doesn't hurt to keep an eye open. Also, it is my experience with this stock that it does move up rapidly and for great distances, but it also has sharp drops. Whether this will be the case now that the ball is rolling on the new story is not clear. Again, keep your eyes open.
