Received Appendix B "1999 Stock Options Plan" in the mail today (after the shareholders meeting had finished), with the following note: "The following appendix may have been inadvertently left out of the proxy materials previously distributed to you with regard to ACTV, Inc.'s 1999 annual meeting. The appendix is therefore being forwarded to you." Not to beat a dead horse, but I wonder if paragraph 3 is referring directly to the SARS which were benevolently capped by management? lol. Looks like the 1999 options plan is for a wee bit more than 1.5 million shares. Hmmmm....
