MM, My experience with AMAT is that they pretty much tell it like it is to shareholders, though that Morgan guy tends to spin a bit when he goes on CNBS.

Chaste is a tough one. It is like an apple that is all shiny red on the outside and loaded with worms on the inside. I have no doubt that their derivatives position will eventually mean they have to be bailed out, as they have the sharpest risk of all the banks, both absolutely and % wise. However, until they are finally forced to admit that they are rotten to the core, the herd will be mesmerized by the shiny peel. So, I only buy puts after it has had a nice run. I'm not buying any again yet.
