I'd be interested. Never been to Vegas. What do they do there?

CD

Actually, I bet we'd end up holed up in a hotel room with a few monitors, playing the REAL tables.

Trader J,

I am proud of me this evening, I saw the end of the market well.

I am really interested, to a small stay in Las Vegas, I did not go there since 1979. Moreover, my husband does not want to go there, therefore I would benefit from the occasion, of course if you remain in a place or the price of the rooms is reasonable, because being given my last losses, I am not rich in this moment. It would be necessary to plan at least the 3 month in advance, to be able to profit from rate reduced on the planes. If everyone is not discouraged from having to speak in French during the stay:)))))) Of course, this would be always conditional with the health of my mother.

Nicole

I go to Vegas quite a bit ... can count me in if the time is right! End of July great for me. Best time ... obviously a weekend when market is closed <gg>
Hotels ... depends on the budget. The rooms at Caesars are the most luxurious with huge bathrooms(of course, haven't yet stayed at Bellagio or Venetian - the newest and most expensive of the hotels) and the food is great. Treasure Island is fun and also on the strip (Caesars, Mirage, Treasure Island, Venetian, Bally's and Bellagio all walking distance from each other). There is also the other end of the strip where the Monte Carlo and New York/New York are located. I would recommend the Caesars/Mirage part of the strip since there is more within walking distance. And there is a tram from Bellagio that goes to Monte Carlo.
Also - the Rio is a lot of fun ... but not on the strip so less convenient, especially for those that have never been to Vegas and want to "tour".

Vegas:

I'll be in Vegas Sept. 23-26 for my brother's Bachelor party. It'd be great to hook up with you all. So keep those dates in mind.

Cheers,

Buddy
