RE: MSFT invests money because it wants to have everything covered, in case. Even Bill Gates will be laughing at the valuation of HLTH. Give him a call and ask him.

If that is the case, then what is the relevance of what price they paid for this biggest bubble.

You have been rehashing your BS all day, and it gets old after a while.

I kind of agree with you...

You take HLTH, and you hope it will go up further, but how far can it
go? $200 a share? Even if it does, you "only" double your money. ;-)

Now, you have companies such as PRWW, that trades at less than $10
a share, successful and profitable. PRWW owns a stake in America's
Doctor [ americasdoctor.com ], which will be IPOed.

If you compare WebMD to America's Doctor, America's Doctor wins any
time.

Brief, my question is:

Why should you put your money into HLTH at $100 a share, when you can
buy PRWW at less than $10 a share?

I sold my HLTH today and bought PRWW.

When the Street learns about America's Doctor, PRWW will certainly
go up. After all, the market potential exists for PRWW as much as for
HLTH.

You have a unique opportunity to participate in the growth of this company and its vision.

The merger with WEB-MD means the transformation of this company from a health billings services provider to a health company with potential in health care advertising, E-Business, pharm-on-line, health insurance, virtual HMO's, E-Health-billing for MDs, dentists, hospitals, and a forest of other healthcare opportunities.

Do not make the mistake of looking at today's earnings.

By the way, do you know how much Bill Gates paid for his shares in Microsoft? Or how much CMGI paid for its stake in LYCOS?

There is no need to ask-- you just either watch and weep, or you invest in their vision.

You can continue to watch, write negative comments on SI, and weep, my friend.

DA.

I agree with many things you are saying. It was time to short HLTH long before it hit 120. You are a highly intelligent(albeit coservative) trader, but why must you be so ANNOYING? It does'nt serve your cause well. Why are you even on this thread other than to just piss people off?. This is the last and only message I will send. I did'nt buy HLTH long or short. I invested long on PTEK, which I think will be the ultimate beneficiary of this entire overvalued(albeit profitable)alliance. Congratulations to all those who made a killing on HLTH and..to Ms.(I assume)Reddy...CHILLL!!!!!!
