And though I can certainly see the possibility of low 40s, I do believe natural accumulation support surfaces in the upper 40s. Anyway, I hope we can retire the 14% paper next Tuesday, but if not then, then for sure sometime in the 2nd half of '99. <..but I agree with you Steve. I think Winstar is finally on its move up. I doubt that it will go to 12 again...> Well, while you're at it Bill (whistling past the graveyard), why not go ahead and doubt it sees low single digits? <g>
