Looks like NETG was about 18-19 on 12/31. And about $20 on 4/1.

so even if the shares were marked to current value last Q, they have still come up since then. Of course there would be little upside (if the Q ended today), but we still have a month to go, and the downside is relatively limited (though not to be discounted). NETG will be accretive this Q, it's just a question of how much.

That said, unless it's being marked up for the first time this Q, it will not contribute significantly. OTOH, NETP will play a role, since it just cam public this Q and would undoubtedly be marked up.
