Maybe I asked him about convertibles only. 144's are restricted for a year and then can be sold. You still might call him and post what you think or PM me. He and one other hold 70% of the shares. He claims they have 200 employees on payroll and I assume they are in China. It might be worth the phone call. It convinced me. I might have to wait but the downside is minimal if you look at the price history.
