Steve,

Going forward I think the press release you just posted about WIND/Liberate is far more significant than the earnings release. One is history and the other is the future.

"The Tornado system was instrumental, for example, in the design of the hybrid DIRECTV/AOL TV set-top box manufactured by Hughes Network Systems for America Online"

Regards
JC.

PS. Am I correct in saying that WIND earned $0.11 before one-time charges, and $0.10 after one-time charges ?

Also, time did tell

One hopes that the Liberate PR will have more of an impact than the earnings announcements (mildly negative for not beating the revised estimates). You can expect tomorrow's conf. call to focus much on Liberate and the internet in general - this seems to be where Wind appears to want to show itself off.

Liberate=NCI--how are they going to survive versus Windows CE?

Microsoft is throwing a lot of money around to assure that they are on all the set top boxes.

I.E. aside from "its not Microsoft" what advantage do they have?

Is anyone buying set-top boxes with this software already?
