Maurice <<Oliver, $1 a minute [retail] is total Dullsville. >> OK, almost every half intelligent person that I talk to is aware of Iridium and that's in NZ at $5/min. Is that their advertising or their "first to the market position". "$1/min is 80% cheaper than what's on offer" does make a headline. Admittedly not as good as $0.50 or $0.10, but still signifcant. If it is complemented by the right message ie something like "No more swiss cheese!!!", the result may surprise you. Oliver
