Darrell- I'm certain Mr. Goodrich must be in error in his analysis. After, he claims that NATO's actions precipitated the repression of ethnic Albanians in Kosovo. But I have it no less authority than the President of the United States that is was "absolutely not" the case that NATO bombings were aggravating the repression in Kosovo. You gotta wonder what kind of morons Clinton thinks the American people are. The scary thing is, by and large, he appears to right. Larry
