Jules, thanks for an excellent post. While I feel that IDTC missed a terrific opportunity to permanently increase the price by giving any shares to shareholders, you have posted a very succinct summary of management's thinking.

In reality IDTC could have still kept a controlling interest and given shareholders a 1 for 10 ratio.

I am unhappy that shareholders were not given at least some pittance or perhaps an opportunity to buy some shares at IPO prices.

Often the full value of share ownership is not priced into the parent company, but we will have to wait and see on that.

Having said that, I still feel there is tremendous unrecognized value in IDTC and will be holding long and strong.

Jules,

Thank you for the post re: your call to IR. It confirms what I had felt all along but has been somehow missed by many here. I think it is in IDTC shareholder's interest not to have widely dispersed subscriber shares allocated. The reason is simple. The average investor (most of us here I suspect) simply will not resist the temptation of flipping the stock on opening day. That practice will take the wind out of the sails of any IPO if too many shares are in the hands of unrestricted holders. Question: Did IR share any schedule plans on the roadshow with you?

In any case, did anyone happen to notice that EToys quadrupled on their first day today? I do not think NET mania is over at all.

Best,
Stitch
