If you say so. This is a pretty dramatic move to be simply rotation. If it tests old lows in the near future, I'll definitely be interested. It's nice to hear the CEO deigns to talk to you. Thanks for the background.

Don't SEC rules and good business practices absolutely prohibit IR or a CEO from even giving a hint of conversations about a take over or anything else in the works?! I always rely on the rule that the small shareholder finds out last, despite our efforts and asking the question.
Regarding a new CEO prior to take over... Maybe the strategy is to not hire anyone because they are for sale. If they do hire someone, I will be concerned that there is no sale possibility and that we are going to try to figure this out ourselves. After all, would you take a job or spend the resources hiring someone if a sale was probable? I wouldn't. Why hire another person that will try to hold the company to justify keeping his job?
