This was an excerpt from a previous article which announced the
Venus project in China. Does this mean that these chips are currently Windows CE compatible ?

In addition to the DVxplore line, C-Cube has also introduced the ZiVA line of MPEG decoders. ZiVA chips are the top selling ICs for computer-based DVD-ROM units and DVD video players. "
