I should have bought this stock rather then ALFN today. Well I will be watching this one closely.

URGENT May 20 1999 Dear Sir, I am an investor in your company and like you am interested in seeing shareholder value in the company increase. I believe that good things are happening in Playco and am satisfied that the action plan being persued by the corporate leaders will pay off handsomely for the shareholders in the long run. However, an area that I believe needs attention is that of share price not currently reflecting the proper valuation of the company. Share prices have been languishing for some time and it is somewhat exasperating given the potential that Playco represents. I would like to make a suggestion if I may. As you well know eToys has recently received a huge amount of attention with its recent corporate activities and the capitalization of the company has gone up exponentially. I know that information releases at this time by Playco (while the recognition of our industry is so prominent with eToys actions) would go along way to promoting, advertising and raising Playcos capitalization now. I think we can agree that Playco does have many exciting plans that are imminent. It is a shame not to be properly positioned in present value in order to truly realize the larger capitalization that would occur if the promotional end of the business was fully taken advantage of. I would urge you to issue newswire releases within the next day or two while the attention is on the industry. While I am addressing you as an individual sharholder, I can assure you that in the investment community that I am exposed to, Playco's inaction at this time is causing much consternation.
