Robert, Don, etal... From all the problems and frustration, I'm really having trouble believing in the Tooth Fairy any more, and even Santa Claus is suspect. All the beautiful dreams have gone "poof" om a cloud of smoke. We'll soon see if the Pheonix can rise from the ashes. Jim

Don We need to know the business down to the number of paper clips or more importantly whether management does. Also need to know exactly how many cities are testing PC Mobile at the moment. You will need to be from Missouri on this one. Suggest to Bud that if they need more money and have a business plan that will work that the company offer additional stock to present shareholders at these ridiculous prices along with some free options for our patience and a new face on the Board of Directors to make the business plan happen. Why should someone else come in now with bus fare and make all the money through a private placement with attaching free options, taking a big position that we can't due to market-makers blocking us out while we try to average down through this pathetic market we are now in. Our combined email groups would constitute a private investor group not needing a new prospectus. I couldn't give a damn about the past and no amount of mea culpa from management is going to change the fact that all we need to know is where we are now and how we are going to move forward and whether those running it can do it.
