I do see on the powerhouse website where they are soliciting private financing.

Does LDDI have a controlling interest in Powerchannel?

What is their relationship?.....Might Powerhouse go public Via LDDI?

As in reverse merger.....

Why does part ownership of a private company by a public company surprise you? Perfectly legal, done all the time, in fact, most tech companies take positions in private tech startups. INTC was into RMBS long before it went public, etc. etc.
