i wish idtc mgmt did get some deal to purchase ntop at the ipo price, i am sure they would hold them instead of selling them. since following the company, i would be surprised if idtc mgmt got shares at the ipo price because of the ethics involved. so far mgmt has clearly not been a pump and dump group, they have followed a course, which instead of instant winfall, will benefit long term shareholders.

with current sec investigations into ipo's, i also doubt mgmt would take the risk.
