Ok! A few things I am up to!

1) I will be putting the Club Fatt! OTC BB thread to use! I will change it to Club Fatt! University (like the old email) or Ask Fatt Matt or something. I get tons of emails a day asking questions and such. And I have a great place to answer them. I will post your emails and such for all to read and answer those who post to the board. Lynn Goodman suggested this. (great idea!)

I am researching a few stocks that some of you might know about...

PTEK--momentum, owns some stakes in some "CNBC favorites", also some great numbers and developments in their own company...

GOCA--interview in June, SEC filing, 1Q, sports book, new website, etc.

Pennies--DO NOT DISCUSS HERE! EMAIL ME: mrfattmatt@hotmail.com or PM

I also mentioned a new story earlier today that looked interesting..

Alright! That is what the Fatt DD machine is up to!

A lecture about volume...hmmm...

What I meant about volume is that I don't like trading a stock that 2 days ago had ZERO volume. Sure, it might go up and look tempting, but that volume could dry up very quickly. And at that point would be very hard to sell out of.

Of course, volume is an indicator of news, but stocks that are very legitimate and the ones I want to discuss here need to have consistent volume EVERY day. I don't want people getting in stocks they can't get out of!

Also, it always shows if that sector is hot. The point I was making is that stocks that have NO VOLUME on some days..I don't like. I just don't gamble my money like that.

I have been talking about XNET, MXNT in the newsletters...Sorry, haven't talked publicly about them...ZSUN..I was out of that a long time ago and everybody knew that. I had a 150% profit in 2 days. There was no way I could hang on to that. I learned from my PRFM days with Anthony. I don't make the same mistake twice.

I will be happy to answer any specific questions about each. XNET is currently expanding into 2 other major cities in China. I think that once CNBC and news folks pick back up on WTO, the run will start all over again and a whole new trading range will be formed.

MXNT is Over Viewer's stock. He is the Head of MXNT for the thread. If something happens, he let's us know. This let's me focus on Reseach and picking stocks. It makes the system work better, IMO. But I will be happy to answer anything you might have!

Hope that nails it for ya!

Some thoughts about latest development with MXNT, Basically we had some "person" on the RB board that made up a rumor that MXNT will be bought out by CMGI (that would've been interesting).

We had a lot of buyers on the rumor but today and yesterday we saw a lot of selling when people started to realize that the rumor was false, so basically the ones that got in just for the rumor, already got out, the longs are still in.

A false rumor always hurt its stock, temporarily.

I tried to stop that rumor on the RB thread, unfortunately a lot of people wanted to believe in it.

Like I said before we have a very strong support at the 3.75-4.00 level, not even a false rumor can shake it.

We should be hearing some good news very soon, I've sent a message to HV, it took him 3 weeks to reply, usually he replies within 24 hours.
