The answer is no and if you do not see anything positive about having NTOP spunoff with Softbank, AOL, and all NBC internet sites behind it then you are the one who is stupid. I have truly concluded that 90% of the people on this board are totally brain dead. Why do 5000 people have to ask if we get shares, or say "I don't understand, why is this good for IDTC?" Don't you read other posts, or are you unable to read also. If you want the answers to these questions then read the following. IDTC WILL OWN 66% OF NTOP. This does not mean that IDTC officers own 66% it means IDTC and its shareholders own 66%. For those staring into the monitor with a stupid reflection looking back at you just say to yourselves "yes this is very good for me as an IDTC shareholder". Very good. Do you now understand that as an IDTC shareholder you will own whatever portion of the 66% of NTOP? Let me say this again. Would you ask that same question if IDTC owned 66% of AOL? No you wouldn't, so don't ask it about NTOP. Now that you understand the financials let's look at the fundamentals. AOL is the largest ISP in the WORLD! It has more chatters through ICQ than any other platform in the WORLD! IDTC just created pc2pc which will allow all of these users to make calls to chat without giving away their phone numbers. This is called distribution and what is amazing is that IDTC only gave away 5% of NTOP for this. All NBC internet sights behind NTOP. Cnet, Xoom, Snap...yes this is good. Softbank with Yahoo, Etrade, etc...Yes this is good also. All of this will lead to the most massive distribution of VoIP services in the WORLD! Within months it will provide huge revenue, of which IDTC and its shareholders will recieve 66%. All of this does not even include every other internet deal IDTC has done (I challenge anyone to name a leading net company IDTC does not have a deal with). It also does not include the international telecom business nor does it include the ISP business. The best thing about these deals is that they are relationship builders. WE JUST JOINED THE GOOD OLD BOYS CLUB! This is really the biggest part of the whole deal. From now on we are a company that deals only with industry leaders. This deal will lead to many more in the future and I will be here to enjoy them all. Thanks for selling today because now you have given me the opportunity to buy more tomorrow. I will buy 1500 more at the open. Good luck longs, we are simply golden.
