David Faber, he of the CNBC fame made some off the cuff calculations that PTEK's share of HLTH alone is already worth about $10 per share. Assuming that he is close to being right... this means that PTEK is now way undervalued because before HLTH made its run... PTEK was already trading at around 14 - 15, and closed today at 17+. If the $10 figure is right then the rest of PTEK's operations is undervalued at 7+.
