An addendum to John's notes (for which I profusely thank you, John -- a time consuming task and well done as usual) ...

As most corporate boards have a large number of *significant* shareholders on them, it was mentioned that the board should be enlarged to include at least one shareholder. Don agreed and said he would discuss it with the current board. This is a definite step in the right direction as we do need shareholder representation on the board.

I know you were reporting Don's take on the reporting question. I was just putting in my own feelings, repetitive as it is.

Thanks again for your report; and I agree that an attempt to be neutral was appropriate. Look forward to your editorial.
