I fully agree with all of that BAM, and would like to reiterate: Bill Fleckenstein is a conservative individual from what I can ascertain. This is NOT synonymous with unable to respond to the companies needs in an appropriate manner; in fact, quite the opposite is true!

In March we voted the board of Horwitz, Keister, Cline. Riccio, Schoffstall and Etzioni. Then in May the BOD was expanded to 8, and appointments of Savoy and Daggatt were appointed. Now, pursuant to the Stock Purchase Agreement, the Company has agreed to set the size of the BOD at 5. CEO, Horowitz....VV's Savoy and Daggett (spelled both ways on pg 3, ending of e and a) Horowitz choice of Cline and Fleckenstein.

So we lose Keister, Riccio, Schoffstall and Etzioni in favor of Fleckenstein. I have nothing against Fleckenstein as a director.

I guess I'm questioning why not Etzioni? Is it because he is now employed by Go2Net? Or any one of the other three prior board members?

that is fine, and i read the proxy statement. it does not say one thing about why he was chosen as a candidate. it does not say anything about what he will bring to the board. it does not say anything about what he has done that would make him a good candidate. nothing about what he currently does. it only says what school he graduated from and what business he has belonged to in the past and currently.

if you could tell me why he is such a good board member because you know exactly what he will bring to the table, i would be willing to listen. im not looking for a "he brings an alternative approach" answer. i dont think that a company growing at 100 % + multiples per year needs a conservative opinion, we need aggressive opinions. buy more companies, more splits, more analyst coverage, more upgrades to sites, more debt if neccesarry to do these things. and on and on....

i am going to send russell and fleckenstein and an e-mail, maybe they can explain to me what he brings to the table. because i know nothing now about it or about him, do you ?. that might help in this matter. who knows.
