Thanks Dwayne, I appreciate your thinking of us!!I've been following the thread for awhile now,and have done some DD.However,i was not aware of this lawsuit.(I wasn't able to access the nr's that far back)! I missed the recent run-up of nyrr,although i think that it still has a lot of potential for higher prices.I first heard of nyrr almost a year ago,monitored the prices from time to time,but never got in!Then for the last month,when i should have been paying attention,i wasn't. BTW;After reading that lawsuit news,i can see the significance of the latest nr,about the agreement with Norfolk Sthern,as they may be merging with Conrail at some point! Also Dwayne,do you think the shareprices will climb by any amount immediately after june 01,when the cross harbour system officially goes into business? What is your take on this,if you don't mind my asking...Thanks,Don
