I don't know about doubling from this level, but to me this is some of the biggest news in the company's history. MakeMoney nailed it on the head. It lends ARET instant credibility.
An investment banker getting involved with ARET. Investment bankers do major, major due diligence before they throw any money on the table. They will spend money, audit books, do background checks on business references, etc.

George K. Baum is no fly by night organization looking to make a quick buck.

George K. Baum & Company, founded in 1928, provides a full range of investment banking services and
products, to investors, corporations and municipalities. With offices located nationwide, George K. Baum &
Company has consistently ranked among the top ten underwriters of housing bonds. For the year ending
December, 1998, the firm was nationally ranked third for the number of housing issues financed. Dollar volume for
housing issues for the year ending December, 1998 was approximately $1.0 billion.

We will definitely, definitely gap tomorrow and close higher going into the weekend. Monday will be the exciting day.

I knew with the volume the last couple of days; something big was in the works. Yesterday's news was great, but this news today, moves ARET to a new level. I am sure we will be seeing more developments surrounding this issue.

I agree this is very good news, Baum has been around for 70+ years, well respected firm with over 300 employees, 19 offices nationwide. This gives instant credibility to ARET, why would a firm of Baum's reputation show any interest in a company that wasn't postioned to grow and produce solid revenues? Jhawks on the Raging Bull board correctly predicted this news today and says another release is due. The second release is supposed to be an agreement with another Indian Nation. Tomorrow should be interesting. John
