A little slow there Bob, #Subject-27856 Notice the complaint says , the first week of April, when in fact it was on April 1st, or more commonly known as April Fools Day, an American tradition among others.

If they sued every company that made false claims thru PR's that they issued they would spend every day for the rest of their lives in court. It was a joke and they got "fooled", get over it !! If I was on the jury I might find against the defendants put the award would be $1 . There was no harm done and business wire has no legitimate claim for damages as far as I can see.
