DD..... I correspond with Rob a lot. I feel I know what I am doing. I am much more concerned with convertible debentures than 144's and there are none. There is very little debt here and talks are ongoing to bring in a major player into LGOV. It has a lot of leverage at .105 and is certainly near it's 52 week low. They have sworn up and down that a reverse split is not a possibility so I feel very comfortable at this price. Like I said earlier call Daniel Mendez 949-252-2180 and get the whole picture.
