If NATO was able to destroy Serbia's ability to make war, that would be a positive aspect. If NATO got control of Kosovo and allowed the Albanians to establish a homeland, that would be a positive aspect. All in all, when a ruthless, mindless tyrant like Milosevic gains control over a country, millions suffer needlessly. It has happened before, and now, with Stalin, Mao, Castro, Hitler, North Korea, Saddamn. At least we might be able to eradicate the festering disease called Slob and Dog Face Milosevic.
