Mary,

the only way to catch up with the insider references is just to jump in the pool and play along. Over time the references start making sense. And if they don't it just means you are still somewhat in touch with the real world.

Also nothing wrong with asking. I PMed Janice a couple of weeks ago because I finally gave up trying to figure out the Stevia references. Too much trying to figure out Stevia not good.

As far as palindromes. Number games. There is a little parlour game on SI about capturing posts with interesting numbers. Mostly played by evil Canadian shirt sellers. Palindromes are among the prized numbers. As are doubles, 666s and numbers ending with multiple 0s. There is even a thread Subject 22251
