Excellent find Baldwin,

WRDP seems very comparable to DCTC in every way except market cap. Last quarter's revenues were close to $19 million, but their market cap is ~$180 million. Furthermore, their losses are huge, over $1 loss per share this year and more of the same predicted for next. Price to Sales over 5.

If DCTC could get a valuation like that, we wouldn't need a buyout to make some serious money.

Grant

Baldwin,

I don't know what the 15 days volume weighted average price means, but I suppose it means the 15 trading days prior to June 1. Since the trading suspension, DCTC hasn't had Normal trading yet. I suppose there wouldn't be 15 days NORMAL OTC BB trading before June 1

Since the trading suspension due to Pooling of Interest accounting is an Extraordinary Event,My personal opinion is the date to determine 15 days should be re-negotiated if there is such date. A later date might be entered such as Aug 1,1999 or the adjustment term might be just cancelled.

Just my opinion, what do you think?

Best Regards,
WM
