The best proof either way will be the performance of PCMS. I for one still think they may have a chance to 'right their ship'.

Oh, someone who is critical of you must be mouthing off? I'm sorry you don't like dissenting opinions. I have read the S3. And I am a CPA. What I'm not willing to say is that I know exactly what the S3 implies (you do) since it doesn't contain all the legal agreements, that this is a dark plot by management to sink the company (your feelings) and that this is ready to happen any day (ditto). Now I expect you will bring out your floorless expert like you did four months ago who will back you up. P-com didn't sink then. What are your credentials that make you a convertables expert? Your number of posts on SI? You come off as a self described expert on convertables. My intention is to provide some balance to you posts. Unfortunately it seems anyone who disagrees with you must be a fool who is mouthing off. Where is your academic sense of discussion and give & take? Best Regards Bill
