INF interested in OSI?

A proposed $6 billion deal could be in the works for OSI by INF, for outdoor sales. OSI is the leading outdoor advertising company, and has said to have been in INF's sight for quite some time. The deal was in the works earlier, but fell on rough times of late. The deal was rumored to have OSI asking a $29/share, but now is asking $35, which has started talks up again. INF already owns the #3 company in the outdoor ad industry, TDI, and many say that OSI would be a good fit.

Another outdoor ad deal maybe soon to follow. Rumored by David Faber, AMFM might be exiting the outdoor billboard market to pursue strictly radio advertising. AMFM wants to exit a market that only had revenue of 5.7% last quarter. AMFM also might pursue Internet services to add on. Look for a possible buyer to be CCU, who has been rumored in the past to buy all of AMFM
