Keith, I have no problem with that approach, nor with a well reasoned vote of "no" on his nomination. However, to reject Bill F.'s legitimacy as a candidate because he shorts net stocks or because he writes a column that is not unabashedly bullish on the 'net strikes me as unreasonable. I know how I will vote my shares based on my perception of the man, and I hope everyone else will do the same.
