Tim knows COMS well and would have a better feel for the potential impact.

But I can say COMS has gone up 2 points since the news hit the wires earlier this week.

hi woody, i wondered the same thing last night after seeing i think the fourth one filed yesterday... i asked tim about it... i don't think it is a concern after seeing his reply...
