Richard-

A logical and fair question - by tradeable, I mean, a stock that exhibits sufficient trading interest, a small enough spread, and market maker/ECN representation such that short term traders are likely to play it on a regular basis. Based upon news, some stocks become tradeable that usually aren't. Others are almost always somewhat tradeable, specifically the top ten NASDAQ NNM stocks.
