It's not a typing error, it is an accounting "error".

But don't worry bobcat. The SEC will soon step in, and then some ambulance-chasing lawyer will pop up, and you and the other KIDE shareholders will have a class action lawsuit so you can get 5% your $ back in 6 years from now. (the rest goes to the lawyer!)
