Yep&#151you've hit upon it&#151the definition between maliciously frivolous, and 'a real case', as demonstrated by the FTC's actions. Man, you're so smart at this stock stuff&#151AZNT, RMIL, HITT, and all&#151it'd be profitable to just short all your picks, instead of hunting for stuff. You always find these scams with such a high degree of accuracy.
