I use Intel Video phone for Video and/or Audio over IP. Much of the performance issues can be attributed to either your dialup connection - most 56K modems should solve this one along with broadband growth. Also, general net congestion can cause delay's particularly when introducing video concurrent.

Why go through all this?, turning on your computer, logging on, making sure every thing is set up right, going to the NEt2phone site, dialing in, calling the number, hoping that the person your calling has the setup as well.....When all you have to do is pick up the damn phone and call???? I'm sorry I just dont see this as being very big. SO there.
