fooledalot "earth shattering news??"..........no, just a typical day with no news and no developments to direct the mkt one way or another and the path of least resistance was down. Wait till August afternoons, hard to stay awake. Possibly with the confluence of the Rubin thing, Fed bias announcement, long bond approaching 6%, cyclical stall, retrenchment of the 4 horseman of the Nasdaq and double witching tomorrow the players decided to take some profits. Then again, maybe all of the above have nothing to do with the selloff. Should be pickers mkt tomorrow. EES
