Sorry. I could have been clearer. They are raking the face of the open pit with some kind of large machine. (no blasting)

They are then apparently hand picking the visible crystals from the pieces of rock. The waste material is apparently easily identified and they can get rid of that at this stage. The rest of the rock is then being stockpiled for later run through at the mill. I don't know if they are actually running the mill yet. I don't think so.

The fellow at the AGM said that they had quite a selection of stones and they were stunning.
