Carl, from what I know, perc is a hazardous material and waste. Anything like this is a headache and not easy to deal with. I have
heard a number of stories from friends how this stuff was sometimes
handled in the past. I don't think this is continuing anymore as there
is a lot of focus on proper handling and disposal of perc and other toxic chemicals etc.

If someone can come in and manage this problem for you, like AMCX, many might find it appealing. I am following a very similiar story in
photography chemical waste. There is no doubt that these kinds of chemicals are going to come under more guidelines.

If AMCX can recycle and reduce their costs, it can give them a competitive advantage in the market place.
