Hi JJ, 1st off do yourself a big favor and FORGET 5-17 and 5-20, those dates mean absolutely NOTHING. Remember this, you need to buy anytime up to ONE day before the ex date(probably sometime in Aug) to get the TIPS div. The way TIPS stk is dropping I'm not sure this div is going to be of much value by the time we get it. Hope this helps. Tony

JJ, I agree with TonyP - the "imaginary DOR" of May 17th means nothing and May 20th looks like it will be just another TGIF in the TNRG story. For more confusion, look at this post from TAP on 5/18: Message 9593829 Then today, TAP posts the BS about the DOR being the 17th with the significance of holding until the 20th....HOWEVER....Did you notice that he linked that post to a Raging Bull link where TAP also states that the date has yet to be announced? See below: Message 9648353 I think the only thing we can know for sure in TAP's posts is that he receives 700K shares of TNRG and 1 million shares of TIPS for services provided for one year. Let's see...has it been a year yet? Hmmmmm....we may have some more time for this thing to drag out and selling going into all the confusion and holding of TNRG. But then again, maybe I'm just CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!!! :)
