Stack, maybe you ought to just check out your thinking here, which seems to be that your post will cause the company (presumably advised by attorneys and investment professionals) to throw their hands up and cancel this plan only you have described accurately. I'm not saying that it's impossible that you're right (as well as righteous), I'm just saying that the chances are agin' it.
