At some point in the future the carousel is going to stop and the stock will either be up or down for good in my opinion and that has alot to do with credibility and in particular being a reporting company. I have no way of knowing which way things will pan out here but I have a feeling that my DGIV trading days will be put to rest in the forthcoming months. If the company does not file properly I think they will lose alot of shareholders. If the company does file and can prove up its contracts and MOU's then the suggestion of being attractive to another company is valid.

In the meantime, its fun from a trading standpoint.

Jack/Jane....If you are holding out in hopes of a buyout....Jimmy has always maintained that he wants to maximize shareholder value and grow his company on his own terms. In light of his business philosophy, in particular, the approach of allowing developing countries to "save face" while improving cost basis and quality of LD calls...IF and WHEN DGIV shows it's mettle, he will not be super-anxious to entertain suitors, IMO....
