Another potential issue on PTEK is that Heatltheon / WebMD could be way overvalued. :)

Kendall. . . sitting down? I believe this article to be strictly a smoke screen to confuse investors and discourage them from "investing" in PTEK when HLTH is the "star" of the show.

If Reuters issued an equal number of bullish articles as they do bearish, I might take it with a grain of salt. But read the article again. There is no part of the article that leaves the reader to believe that PTEK could be a good investment. Why is that? Perhaps Reuters ought to sell-off Instanet and get OUT of the trading business altogether.

Isn't it the journalists job to be unbiased? Only when the article being written is not meant to be influential. This is a very influential article. There is no mention of what Premiere Technologies does or that they have other investments and are working toward becoming a CMGI type of company. There is no mention of the impact this investment should have on PTEK's valuation.

Frankly, the article is argumentative and clearly biased. . . hello Reuters. . you listening?
