In my opinion Caye Chapel is a pump and dump. Read the connection with Oilex )OLEX)

In my opinion one should not invest until
you get a copy of the financials, and an
accurate count of the outstanding shares.
At one time, not too far back, one individual
controlled 90 % of the outstanding shares.
Assets have been moved in and out like pawns to benefit that controlling party.
In my opinion the oil wells are a net liability
as a result of the plugging costs. Just contact
theTexas Railroad Comission before you invest. The hype is too good to be true.
Don't you wonder, why this stock can not move up with all this good news and huge
volume? Could it be that you are witnessing
churning and distribution to unwary investors?
I have become much wiser and have paid the
price.
