Yogi for the last several years gold is a confusing commodity. I link it more with the SE Asia recovery than with inflation. There people still belive in gold or items made of gold as a store of value. In the western world is more a fashion/luxury item.

Yogi,

There is just much too much supply of gold coming into the world market (from central banks) to think that gold companies are a good buy now...its bear market continues with no end in sight.
