1- CANI is NOT OTC.
2- Not applicable
3- Reporting

Please do some DD,first. Sheeeeeeesh, I did really respect you. Makes no difference whether CANI moves upward or not,but please answer the question or not. If a city is a determining factor in your DD process.
TIA,
DD

Since you all are on the topic of PTEK, I thought I'd post this which I found on yahoo and quite interesting:

"Atlanta-based Premiere's stake could rise to as much as 5.26
million shares, or about $960 million, of the combined Healtheon-
WebMD, said Randy Salisbury, Premiere's senior vice president
of corporate marketing."

Can't remember exactly where this article came from, but this was the important snippet that I was able to dig up. Article suggested that final number of shares is not accurate which is why PTEK is delaying a press release. Some additional shares are apparently due to PTEK in the form of a dividend. Can anyone else confirm or corroborate?

tnx,
