This triple net leasing is totally off topic, but hey, I'm finding it interesting too!

A simple question, since I'm not very familiar with the leasing business. What is it about these leases that earns them the name "triple net"? How would they differ from "regular" leases, and why does that make them a better business to invest in?

Gaston, thank you for your primer on triple net leases - I printed it
and it now has its place among other educational financial articles I sometimes think warrant saving.
I don't think I have to ask what your vocation is - and if your not
in RE, that's pretty extraordinary.
